I knew you when we lived on Draper Lane at the Falkland Apartments in Silver Spring. I was 10-12 at the time; you were a couple of years younger than I. Did you run track at B-CC High?  I&#039;m writing you because it read the obit of Charles Bailey in today&#039;s Washington Post. It also picture your father and mentioned him a number of times in the obit. I then decided to embark on some childhood nostalgia by Googling your dad.
